Community Guidelines

FLARE is for expressive personal pages - themes, guestbook notes, Sparks, and music. Be creative. Do not be cruel.

Be decent

No hate based on protected characteristics, no targeted harassment, no threats. Critique themes and tastes; do not attack people.

Protect minors

Sexual content involving minors is strictly forbidden and will be reported. Do not solicit personal information from anyone who appears underage. Accounts under 16 are not allowed.

Consent and privacy

Do not post private photos, addresses, or documents of others without clear permission. No non-consensual intimate imagery. No doxxing.

Authenticity

Do not impersonate people or brands. Parody should be obvious. Reserved and official-looking usernames may be removed.

Spam and scams

No mass guestbook spam, phishing themes, fake giveaways, crypto pump schemes, or malware links.

Customization responsibly

Themes and CSS should not attempt to steal credentials, overlay fake login forms, or break other users' browsers. We will ban abusive Theme Store uploads.

Reporting

Report abuse to safety@myflare.ro. Include profile URLs and screenshots when possible. We prioritize imminent harm and child-safety reports.

Enforcement

Actions may include content removal, feature limits, temporary locks, or permanent bans. Severe violations (illegal content, CSAM, credible threats) may be escalated to law enforcement.
